As summer approaches, Fassbender takes to the skies on a trip to the most popular places! With curiosity and open hearts, the brand’s creators go to their favorite place on earth: Ibiza! Since childhood, this privileged place with breathtaking landscapes and warm and welcoming inhabitants has been the summer sanctuary of Christina and Sébastien. Immersing in the rich culture of this Mediterranean island, Fassbender mixes its characteristic Hanseatic elegance with the colors, textures and heritage of the Balearics.

The essential wardrobe is complemented by playful new summer dresses that celebrate the joie de vivre of Ibiza. The 22 looks reflect the colors of the Mediterranean, inspired by both, in coral and vivid blue inspired by paintings by Carolanna Parlato and Sarah Crowner, and the natural sandy undertones of the Spanish deserts. Paying homage to Balearic craftsmanship, Fassbender developed ceramic jewelry with Galician artists Maria Josefa Sanchez Castedo. Necklaces, bracelets and floral details are influenced by Mediterranean fauna, delicate but strong.

For the next collection, Fassbender continues to support small, sustainable productions. The collection includes a lightweight leather jacket made from the new Desserto® cactus leather and an iconic fringed dress made from a unique blend of sustainable cotton and lyocell, developed exclusively for Fassbender by an Italian manufacture.

Pushing responsible fashion, 2021 saw the start of Fassbender Second Life, a program offering personalized, made-to-measure clothing recycled from stock from previous seasons. For the upcoming winter season, Fassbender is launching the first classic denim collection. Based on new innovative dyeing processes, the production is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, unlike conventional denim manufacturing. Staying in tune with nature’s resources, the collection offers five different cuts in five natural dyes.
