Odd Molly International: recruits Niklas Zuckerman as new CEO and Anders Nordvall as Deputy CEO and Head of Transactions

Odd Molly International AB (publ) has high ambitions and high goals for the continued growth of the business in warehousing and logistics properties. As part of the continued expansion, Niklas zuckerman was recruited as new CEO and Anders Nordvall as Deputy Managing Director and Head of Transactions. Niklas and Anders have both extensive experience and expertise in the Swedish real estate market and real estate transactions, holding various managerial positions over the past 20 years. The duo will assume their new roles no later than december 2021.

Odd Molly International has high goals for the continued growth of the business as a challenger in warehousing and logistics properties. The company currently has 26 warehouses and logistics properties with a leasable area of ​​160,100 square meters valued at MSEK 1,342, all located in attractive logistics hubs.

The recruitment of Niklas zuckerman and Anders Nordvall creates a solid starting point to accelerate the company’s continued growth and shareholder value. Niklas, new CEO, is 45 years old and holds a Masters in Engineering. Niklas has been a partner for three years and was responsible for Savills“Swedish transaction advice. Previously, Niklas was Partner and Head of Capital Markets at Cushman and Wakefield. In addition, Niklas has a long-term job at Catella Corporate Finance.

Anders, the new Deputy Managing Director and Head of Transactions, is 49 years old and holds an engineering degree. Anders is currently a partner and deputy managing director of Savills Sweden. Previously, Anders was a partner and CEO of Cushman and Wakefield in Sweden and before that, CEO of Catella Corporate Finance.

Niklas and Anders are among the most respected transaction advisers in the Swedish real estate market. The current CEO of Odd Molly International, Jennie Högstedt Björk, will remain in her role until Niklas zuckerman assumes the role of CEO. Jennie then makes the transition to fully focus on leading the fashion industry.

Niklas and Anders are expected to begin their new roles no later than december 2021.
